Do I need a card to start?
No. Every signup starts on Free with no card. You only add a card when you upgrade to the Platform Fee.
How is the Platform Fee billed?
Per user, every month, in advance. There is no annual commitment, and every user on the account is upgraded at once.
What is the difference between an included slot and an add-on slot?
Each user includes one parallel slot, capped at 2,000 minutes a month (500 on Free). That suits manual and light automated testing. For nightly regression or CI-triggered runs, add-on slots have no minute cap.
Can I buy a slot for just one month?
Yes. Choose one-time when you add a slot and it runs until the end of your current billing cycle, without renewing.
Are viewer licenses really free?
Yes. Add as many viewers as you like for read-only access to session summaries of jobs and automation runs.
What happens if I add a user mid-month?
The new user is prorated for the rest of the cycle and collected on your next billing date, in one payment with the following month.
How long do AI credit packs last?
Each pack adds 2,000 credits that stay valid for 3 months from purchase. Packs are one-time and never renew automatically.
